We are so confident that you will love your new Pillar Properties apartment that we will waive the early termination penalties as defined in your lease if you are not satisfied and decide to leave within the first thirty days. It’s just that simple.
· Guarantee applies to the first 30 days of occupancy only
· Notify the Property Manager in writing if you decide to move
· Any extra days will be charged if the apartment is not vacated after the initial 30 days
